Anyway so I hear about MyMindShift.com from a friend of mine and to say I was skeptical is an understatement, but I have had a lot of trouble with focusing and getting motivation especially when I need to write something. Well I purchased it was in the middle of the afternoon and I was having my usual afternoon energy slump, so I decided to download and listen to the “Pure Energy Audio” for a quick pick me up.
The results?
Well within 5 minutes my mind wasn’t groggy and I felt myself waking up very quickly. No need for coffee, all I did was pop on the audio and continue with my work. At the end of the hour I was feeling great, it was like I had just come in, totally fresh in the morning… I was impressed.
The next day I wanted to try something else out. I was having a major problem at work and needed to come up with a major solution to get me out of this road block.
