In total there are currently 41 audios to be downloaded. That’s a lot of audios and most people would be overwhelmed, so let me give you some friendly advice.
1) The files are zipped and you will need a program such as ZipGenius (it’s free) to unzip the files to your computer before you can listen to them via your computer or mp3 player.

2) Start with one type of audio first and download the music (if it is available) or the V2 version.
3) Ignore the V1 and White noise versions unless after 3 uses of the one audio you still find no difference.

I believe that the raw version binaural beats work best but some customers have said that they are too uncomfortable to listen to therefore I had the three most popular audios upgraded to mask the binaural beats with pleasant music.
I would really appreciate if you could please take the time to tell me if you like these versions better than the raw. They are expensive to create, but if you like them better I will create a music alternative for each of the audios. Thank you.
White Noise Added.
To improve the power of these audios and their listenability we have included something called ‘white noise’ which is basically natural sounds such as river noises mixed in with the binaural beats.
If you find the audios not working for you or you find the audios hard to listen to and annoying please try the alternative ‘White Noise’ version.
1. Always listen to audios the audios with stereo head phones or ear plugs.
2. Never re-encode the mp3 files, as it may affect the binaural beats.
3. Always have a break of at least 10 minutes before listening to a different audio.
4. Always listen to the audios at a comfortable volume. If you find the beats annoying or uncomfortable then turn the volume to a barely audible level. I find this works best.
5. If you find that there is no effect. Try the white noise version or try a different audio.
6. Never listen to these audios when you need to be awake and alert, such as driving or operating heavy machinery.
7. Children under 12 should not listen to these audios.
